No Luck?

If you've already followed the Admin IT Troubleshooting Guide, confirmed your CloudFlare Warp Client is healthy, and are still having issues, please follow these steps;

  1. On macOS + Chrome, press cmd + option + j. On Windows + Chrome, press ctrl + shift + j.
  2. right-click on the panel that pops up
  3. click "save as"
  4. click "save"
  5. post in #bugs, and attach the file "admin.arch.co-[numbers...].log"

If this workflow is not clear or if you are not a macOS + Google Chrome user, please post on #bugs and try to get in touch with an engineer (ideally in-person or on google meet), and do not close this tab!

If you see this while your CloudFlare Warp client is working and you're also connected to the internet, then your problem can only be solved by sharing your browser console logs with an engineer. This message only appears if all typical telemetry has failed; engineering cannot see that this event has occurred without your help.
